Return Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the customized and handcrafted nature of our laser art products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
You received a damaged or defective product
You received the wrong item
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in the original packaging.
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please email us at care.slart@gmail.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the product:
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via your original method of payment.
Non-refundable items include:
Custom-made or personalized products
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Sale items (if applicable)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at care.slart@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
